Your SMS balance is valid for 30 days from purchase. Any remaining balance is kept on your account and automatically reactivated for 30 new days with your next purchase, with no extra steps needed.
Example: you have 110 expired SMS left. You buy 5 new SMS. Your balance immediately becomes 115 active SMS, valid for 30 days.

Total transparency on billing
A standard SMS contains 160 characters in basic Latin alphabet. Using accented characters (é, è, ç), emojis or special characters switches the message to Unicode encoding, limited to 70 characters per SMS.
Messages exceeding these limits are split and billed per part. Our platform displays the exact count in real time for each send.
